My Drive for Football and Track

All started once I put a lot more effort and focus into the sport which made me become more attached. Because I use to just do track, and football just for the fun of it until I really figured out I could actually go somewhere with my skills maybe play in college.

Where I became more into football and track all started in the weight room and summer training.  Which helped me get bigger and faster and somehow helped me focus more, lead to becoming better stronger athlete.

Being mental prepared focused and knowing your assignment on what you have to do as far as on the football field is very important because having lacking that at some point can cast you to mess up and allowing your opponent to have the upper hand. So always as and number one rule stay focused on the field.

For track stay in shape, Always know doesn't matter how much talented you are the season doesn’t make you make the season so put in hard work and work on your own so you can successful. Don’t be lazy because that can show in some of your meets on where you were playing around at and began to lose. So always have the tendency to accept failure and learn from it and become better. To always practice hard because you practice like you play.

Example for not being lazy is I always knew I was good at football but I was also lazy too and showed a lot on the football field when I messed up on plays and didn’t know what was going on. Really made it hard on me because I was screwing around didn’t take into interests. Which also lead into track with dropping the baton in practice because my team didn’t practice at all just got the workout done and left then for meets we usually end up losing because we didn’t practice like we wanted to win.

Take this example from my mistake and make better outcome and always be 110% in to what you do and great things will happen.
